development, road and parking lot construction, paving, maintenance, and other services
associated with building sites.

                                                                                ready mix concrete and washed and crushed
                                                                          rocks since 1948. Over the years, the
                                                                          company's philosophy has been to provide a
                                                                          complete service for its customers, with
                                                                          special emphasis on quality and products. The

                                                                          maintaining qualified and certified personnel in
                                                                          these areas, as well as by maintaining a modern

           asphaltic concrete since 1980. The

   customers include the supply of asphaltic
   concrete and asphalt maintenance products.

     Pioneer Asphalt, Inc. is the parent
   company of Pendleton Ready Mix, Inc. and
   Pioneer Construction, Inc. All of the divis-
   ions of Pioneer Asphalt follow the comp-
